Rates & Reservations
WINTER RATES NOVEMBER 15TH THRU APRIL 1, 2011
Weekly Rate WINTER:
- $1400 per week for up to 6 people
- $150 for each additional person
Weekend (3 nights):
- $800 for up to 6 people
- $150 for each additional person
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refunded if snow conditions are unfavorable.
Weekly Rate SUMMER:
- $1250 per week for up to 6
$150 for each additional person
Weekend (3 nights):
- $750 for up to 6 people
$150 for each additional person
Rates include linens, towels, canoes & grill and fishing boat (motor not included).
Pets (dogs) welcome! Additional pet fee required at arrival.
20% due upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are fully refunded if notice is provided 60 days prior to your reservation. Balance refunded if your reservation is replaced with another rental.
